Included. The figure on the plan card covers the server and the licence tier named on it. There is no second line item on your first invoice or on any renewal. If your account count grows past your tier we tell you before the next bill and quote the difference rather than applying it silently.

It depends only on how many cPanel accounts the server will hold. One account is Solo, up to five is Admin, up to thirty is Pro, and Premier covers a hundred with a per-account fee beyond that. If you are unsure, tell us roughly how many clients you expect this year and we will point you at the right tier — often a smaller one than people assume.

It did not always. Until 2019 a licence cost the same whatever the server held. cPanel then moved to per-account tiers, and the fee has risen most Januaries since. It is an industry-wide cost that every honest host is absorbing or passing on, and we would rather explain it than pretend it does not exist.

These servers are built by hand rather than deployed automatically, because the licence has to be issued and WHM configured before the login is any use to you. In practice that means the same working day, and usually within a few hours. You will get an email the moment it is ready.

Both. WHM for the day-to-day account management, and full root over SSH for everything else. Installing software, editing configs and running your own cron jobs are all yours to do.

Yes, free of charge. Account-to-account transfers between cPanel servers are well supported, so files, databases, email and DNS zones move across intact. We stage the copy, test it and only change DNS once you have approved.

That is what WHM is for. Create packages, provision accounts, set per-account limits, and hand each client a cPanel login on your own nameservers. WHMCS provisioning is supported if you want it automated and billed.

Nameservers, the WHM initial setup, a default hosting package, CloudLinux limits, CSF firewall rules tuned for cPanel, Exim and Dovecot with sane rate limits, automatic SPF and DKIM, and a verified backup schedule to remote storage. You receive a working server rather than a checklist.

Whatever is printed on the plan. Annual terms show the term rate and the renewal rate together, and monthly terms carry no introductory discount. If cPanel raises its licensing again we absorb what we reasonably can and give notice well ahead when we cannot.
